Valhalla is an entertainment and folklore-study application. It is built so that your information stays where it belongs: on your device.
Nothing. Valhalla has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers and no servers of its own. Your readings, oaths, journal, preferences and progress are stored only in your device's local storage and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
Optional premium content may be offered through Google Play Billing. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play; we never see or store your payment details. Your entitlement is recorded on your device and with Google Play. When the app starts, it asks Google Play what this account already owns so that your purchase is restored automatically after a reinstall — that check involves your Play account and Google, not us.
If you choose to allow them, Valhalla can send you reminders — when an oath you wrote down comes due, on the seasonal feast-days, and when a new name is added to your page. These are generated on your own device from what you have written there. Notifications are off unless you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
Valhalla does not request or use your camera, microphone, location, contacts or files.
Clearing the app's data (or uninstalling) permanently removes everything, because everything lives on your device. Purchases are held by Google Play and can be restored from the menu.
Valhalla presents folklore, mythology, divination traditions and seasonal customs for entertainment and cultural study. Readings are for reflection and enjoyment; the app makes no supernatural, medical, legal or financial claims, and nothing in it is medical guidance.
Valhalla is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
